You can use Calendar to invite colleagues to meetings, forward meeting invitations, propose new meeting times, and more.
May 20, 2019 The Propose New Time feature is not available in Outlook for Mac 2011 and Outlook 2016 for Mac versions 15.8.2 and earlier. Users who have these versions of Outlook for Mac will be unable to accept a proposed new meeting time without manually modifying the meeting request. Nov 12, 2013 Non-organizers don't seem to have the ability to propose a new time, and I still can't see what the new proposed time is if someone on Outlook makes the change. 0 This topic has been locked by an administrator and is no longer open for commenting.
